Set in a remote Indian village of Himachal Pradesh, ‘ISTIFA’ tells the story of a day in the life of a meek and submissive clerk named Fatehchand Sharma – When his boss humiliates him beyond measure and the events that follow.

National Finalist under the narrative category for the 41st Student Academy Awards (2014).

Special Screening at the Directors Guild of America as a part of the ‘VC Digital Posse 2014’ for the LA Asian Pacific Film Festival.

Aired as part of the 2014 edition of "Fine Cut”, KCET's 17th annual festival of student films
